The Republic of Kazakhstan is the largest landlocked country in Central Asia and as such a huge territory for business operations of global companies. Any professional undertakings and business endeavours here require communication in the official languages Kazakh and Russian.
Kazakh forms part of the Kypchak language family, which belongs to the Turkic languages. There are a total of 21 Million native speakers, with 10 Million of them being native to Kazakhstan, where it is the official language. However, there are also big native Kazakh communities in China and Mongolia, among others.
